作为国内资深的书法教育专家，吴学强是唯一一位应邀出访迪拜的书法教育工作者代表，众所周知，他为国家培养了大批书法人才。当下中国书法毫无疑问已经成为社会教育中的重要组成部分，更是当下艺术门类中的重要组成部分。实现中华民族的伟大复兴，离不开文化的繁荣昌盛。文化的传承和发展更离不开教育工作者，他表示推动文艺繁荣发展的责任意识和使命担当在他肩上更重了。正因如此，我国先进文化才得以积极引领，人民精神世界才能够极大丰富，民族精神力量才会不断增强，一个国家、一个民族才会屹立于世界民族之林。
