释印安（诗僧），艺名星璨，号称天涯诗人，中国著名诗僧书法家，文学家，人民文艺家，国家一级中华诗词著作家，国家一级书画师（书法类），中国艺术特别成就奖荣获者。籍贯安徽天柱山（潜山梅城）； 原名许周胜，出生于一九六八年，二十岁时，感宇宙浩瀚，大道无穷，乃参访名山，游历甚广。任膺广东省英德市慈湖（黎溪镇）丰盛古寺住持，历任珠海市香洲区第六届政协委员，现为广东省英德市政协委员，并任中国专家学者协会理事、国家权威杂志《科技中国》专家委员会委员、世界文化艺术研究中心理事、中国诗词家协会理事、中国当代艺术出版社副社长、中华诗词学术研究院终身名誉副院长、中国诗书画艺术研究院名誉副院长、中国国家书画网首席艺术顾问、中国民族艺术家联合会名誉主席、艺联网特聘艺术家。其诗书佳作，优美隽永，响誉诗书画艺界，影响深远；方适盛年即达荣耀斐然，享有“诗神”、“儒僧”之美誉；艺术成就荣获载入《国家艺术大师》、《中华人民共和国年鉴》。
